The Ospreys HUB is an ecosystem designed by Ospreys Rugby to assist with development of player & coaches within Ospreylia to provide a consistent means of CPD and increased understanding of the skills and abilities needed to become a high level player / coach.
Within the Ospreys HUB you will find a bank of videos which target key skill areas for development of both players & coaches. Coaches will also benefit from pre designed session templates which are designed with the busy lifestyle of community coaches in mind.
